Make yourself a nice warm liquid beverage, like tea, coffee or soup broth. Or, just warm up some water. At least one quart’s worth. Not too hot, don't burn yourself.
Using four different types of vessels other than dish-ware, (cups, mugs, or bowls), attempt to drink your beverage. Use your imagination when choosing your alternate vessels, the more ridiculous the better. Document these attempts. Remember, this is a studio class, so wear studio appropriate clothing.
Document your process on the class blog in three or more images or videos. In three or more sentences, write about your experience. Describe the drink you made and the importance of choosing the right vessel for the appropriate food or drink. Consider how the form of your chosen vessels influenced our dining experience. Were they adequate? How so? We have talked about function in class in terms of a pot's design. How was the lip of the alternate vessel? Was it easy to drink from? Was your alternate vessel easy to hold?
Comments: Reply to at least two of your peers' signs from last week's assignment in their posts comment section. Why did you choose their sign? What stood out to you? Did the choice of materials fit the positivity of the message? Any suggestions for how it could have been improved?
