Hi everyone,
There's this magnolia tree blooming right now in my backyard at my mom's house, where I am quarantining – it's really beautiful and like one of the only nice things happening at the moment. So of course I decided to brutally tear apart its flowers and arrange them on an old painting that I painted over and hang it in my living room.
While it doesn't literally say anything, I think it serves as a positive reminder to the people I'm quarantining with that even though everything is terrible, at least it will no longer be freezing cold and grey anymore when we can go outside again!
